Our call center receives trouble reports and support requests around the clock throughout the year. About 100 service bases nationwide and logistics network throughout Japan enable swift on-site support and repair.

We are handling and supporting various products manufactured by multiple vendors both inside and outside Japan.

Multiple service levels, such as business hours only and around-the-clock every day, will be established according to each customer's contract.
English-speaking staff is always available to receive a call from the customer and escalate a problem to the vendor both in English.

Maintenance Service

When a failure occurs at your customer's site, an engineer and replacement parts will be dispatched from the nearest service base to arrive within 4 hours.
For a serious failure, experts on the backline will fully cooperate to analyze the situation and solve the problem.
If necessary, systems may be monitored continuously, inspected regularly, and/or operated by engineers stationed permanently.

Remote Operations

We will operate nationwide-distributed IT systems from the Remote Operation Center around the clock every day.
We will remotely conduct monitoring, inspection, recovery, and reconfiguration with various tools.

Installation and Deployment

We will coordinate the deployment and installation of entire IT systems thanks to our rich experiences and nationwide service network.
We will provide kitting services to set up servers, PCs, and smart devices in advance so that IT systems may be installed promptly.
We will, if necessary, perform ancillary works on electricity and telecommunications in tandem with the installation of IT systems.

Operation Support

We will plan and design security measures best suited to the customer's IT system and subsequently detect and remove a security threat during operation phases.
We will totally manage the life cycle of the customer's IT assets including storing, delivery, replacement, repair, and disposal to lift the burden from the customer's shoulders.
We will provide the Help Desk Service which enables the customer's system administrators and end users to ask questions and receive instructions with the display screen shared.
